Yu Char Kuea

"Yu Char Kuea" that's the name for it, @ 4 Mile, Kuching, Sarawak.
Deep fried bread stick and cut about 2". Favorite of many! Eat plain or request for add-in with kaya paste, chocolate or peanut butter. This is my school time favorite, i use to eat it plain, dipping into my cup of milo and bite it just like that.
This photo is with kaya paste, very crispy, sweet taste. Try it!
